Festival selections for Dji vou veu volti

Benoit Feroumonts animated short Dji vou veu volti is selected for the international animation festivals in Hiroshima (7-11 August 2008), Rio de Janeiro (11 – 20 July 2008) and Sao Paulo (23 – 27 July 2008). In Hiroshima, the film will be presented in competition.
Last January, Dji vou veu volti won the Award for Best Animated Short at the Imagina Filmfestival in Monaco. This after being selected for the 2007 Animated Filmfestival at Annecy, the Krok Film Festival and Anima in Brussels. The film presents the story of a troubadour wanting to bring a serenade at the balcony of his beloved princess, but gets confronted by some extremely headstrong subtitles.The production of Dji vou veu volti was supported by the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF) a.o.
Dji vou veu volti is a coproduction between Walking the Dog (Flanders, Belgium), La Parti Productions (Wallonia, Belgium), and Les Armateurs (France).
