Michael Pas directs Flemish version of Brendan And The Secret Of Kells

Brendan And The Secret Of Kells, a 2D animation feature to be released in February 2009, will have a Flemish version featuring Flanders' top actor Jan Decleir. Actor's coach Michael Pas finished the voice recordings at Sonicville in Brussels.
This Irish-French-Flemish co-production tells the story of young Brendan living in a medieval Irish monastery. aspiring to become a miniature artist. Fascinated by the famous Book of Kells, he starts a quest full of danger and adventure. Co-producer Viviane Vanfleteren took on Brussels animation studio Walking The Dog for part of the animation work, and asked Sonicville to make a Flemish version. Director Michael Pas was happy to be able to pick out Flanders' finest actors to do the job. 'At Sonicville we provide all kinds of sound recording, but for me as an actor's coach, this kind of work is certainly the most challenging and we hope to do more similar jobs in the future'.
